Desmond Anderson was full time team member #3 and has been with the Pontem/Lead Advisor, LLC team since February of 2021. As a talent and development associate, Dez helps candidates understand their career options and helps our clients build top talent teams. In addition, Dez is instrumental in building the internal firm by owning many processes at Lead Advisor, LLC., and coaching new team members.
Prior to Lead Advisor, LLC, Dez spent his career in both financial services and in talent acquisition. After graduating from the University of New Haven as a nationally recognized defensive back he played professional football in Europe. Returning state side, he started his career as a financial advisor where he won numerous start up awards and built a practice for 5+ years. After his time in financial services he shifted to helping professional with their careers by joining search agency. Two years later, Dez joined Pontem/ Lead Advisor, LLC where he is able to blend his financial planning experience and recruiting knowledge together.
Dez enjoys coaching football as the defensive backs coach at Post University. During his down time he enjoys golfing and watching movies. Dez is originally from Jacksonville, FL and has resided in Connecticut for the past fourteen years. Dez and his fiancé Stephanie will tie the knot March 31, 2023.
