Patrick “PJ” Seholm has been a talent acquisition consultant with Lead Advisor, LLC., since February of 2022 after spending 25+ years in the financial services space. PJ helps professionals figure out their next career move, whether that is entry or advancement within the financial planning world.
Patrick had a fast start to his career helping clients with their financial security needs and winning many accolades along the way. His success led him to leadership roles within his previous firms such as managing director and sales manager. Patrick has worked with some of the largest names in financial services such as Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, Northwestern Mutual, MassMutual and Prudential. Throughout his career he has held various licenses such as the series 7, 66 and 26. He enjoys playing golf, basketball and hiking with his family. PJ is a graduate of Johnson and Wales and resides outside of New York City with his wife Nicole and two sons Jake and Charlie.
